Conditions of the online admission application

Before you submit your application for admission to courses, you will be required to confirm that you accept the following conditions. (You will also need to pay the $100 Australian application fee, unless you have been provided with a fee waiver promotional code.)

1. That you have read the relevant course information provided including course structure and requirements.
2. That you warrant that the information you have entered on the online application form, or provided in support of your application, is correct and complete. You must acknowledge that the provision of incorrect information or the withholding of relevant information relating to your application, including academic transcript/s, might invalidate your application and that the University may withdraw an offer of a place or cancel you enrolment in consequence.
3. That you agree to pay all fees and charges arising from the application.
4. That, should the University determine that you have submitted a false document, you consent to the University disclosing this information to other relevant tertiary institutions.
5. That you consent to any educational institution at which you have previously been a student and/or your current or any past employer, providing Monash University with information which that institution or employer holds about your for the purpose of Monash verifying your grades and/or qualifications or experience.
6. That you authorise Monash University to obtain further information with respect to your application and, if necessary, seek academic information or transcripts from Australian educational institutions. Where necessary Qualsearch will be engaged to access this academic information. You will confirm that you understand that Monash University is not responsible if any educational body or institution does not supply these records. You will confirm that you understand that the results of the search will be made available to you on request and that an audit of this authority may also be undertaken.

8. That you agree to abide by the statutes, regulations and policies of Monash University.
