Make sure you receive key emails about your application

You need to receive some emails from us to complete your online admission application:

  • The email with your login details
  • emails from our staff requesting any additional documents you need to provide.

But your email provider may classify our emails as spam. Here's how to ensure that you get the emails.

If Gmail is your provider

If Hotmail is your provider

If Yahoo!Mail is your provider

Gmail

If you haven’t received the email, check your Spam folder. If the email is there, open it and click the ‘Not Spam’ button.

 

Make sure future emails from us reach your inbox by adding our two email addresses to your Contacts list.

  1. Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.
  2. Click Add Contact and in the primary email address box, enter "no-reply-eAdmissions@adm.monash.edu.au", then click Save.

Hotmail

If you haven’t received the email, check your Junk folder. If the email is there, open it and click the ‘Mark as Safe’ button.

 

Make sure future emails from us reach your inbox by adding our email address to your Safe List.

  1. Click the Options link then click the Mail link.
  2. Click on Junk E-Mail Protection then click on Junk E-Mail Filter
  3. From the selection list, choose your Junk E-Mail Filter level (select either ‘Low’ or ‘Enhanced’) and click OK.
  4. Click on Safe List, enter the email address "no-reply-eAdmissions@adm.monash.edu.au", then click the Add button.

Yahoo! Mail

If you haven’t received the email, check your Spam folder. If the email is there, open it and click the ‘Not Spam’ button.

 

Make sure future emails from us reach your inbox by setting up filters for our two email addresses.

  1. Open your Yahoo mailbox; click on Mail Options, then on Filters.
  2. Click on Add Filter. In the Filter Name box type Monash University <eAdmissions>
  3. In the top row, labeled ‘From header’, make sure contains is selected from the pull-down menu.
  4. Click in the text box beside that pull-down menu, and enter the email address "no-reply-eAdmissions@adm.monash.edu.au".
  5. At the bottom, where it says ‘Move the message to:’, select ‘Inbox’ from the pull-down menu, then click the Add Filter button again.
