On-campus domestic applicantsAustralian citizens, holders of an Australian permanent residents visa and New Zealand citizens applying for most undergraduate courses and the Graduate Diploma of Education must apply through the: Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC) VTAC applications are submitted using the VTAC Online Application (you will need Internet Explorer to access all VTAC pages).
