Phase out of domestic undergraduate full fee-paying places

The Higher Education Support Amendment (2008 Budget Measures) Bill 2008 amends section 36-30 of HESA to provide that commencing undergraduate domestic students at public universities may not be enrolled on a full fee-paying basis from 2009 with certain exceptions.
