Improving the Staff Experience was identified as a priority for Monash University in 2007. A staff attitude survey was undertaken in May 2007 to gauge how staff felt about the University. The results of the survey as they relate to the Advancement Division are listed below. In addition, an action plan has been developed to address the issues raised in the survey.
