New user requests

So that we can process your request to become an RE user, we need you to:

• Download the New user request form (pdf, 76 kb)
• Complete the form
• Sign the form
• Fax back to us on +61 3 9903 4605 (we need your signature and the approver's signatures so we can process your request).
