Successes and progress
The Monash implementation has been Blackbaud's biggest higher education implementation in Australia. Here are some of our recent successes:
- We're currently implementing the Events module of RE
- More than 730 reports have been generated so far in 2010 - that's more than 20 each week!
- We have implemented the Prospect module.
- We currently have 83 users. 43 users have been trained since RE was implemented.
- Implemented dashboards for selected users groups.
- Working with ITS on the RE/SAP Finance Integration Project
- We run a regular data cleansing process, which means the information you get should be more helpful to you. 290,878 constituent records have been updated in 2010.
- Between September and December 2009 we commenced importing new graduate data from Callista into RE. A backlog of more than 8800 records were imported and 12,611 records have been imported since.
- New users are trained within two weeks of logging a request.
