Raiser's Edge Training Program

All new users need to attend an introductory training session prior to being able to access Raiser's Edge. Training sessions - typically two to two and a half hours - are held as either a one-on-one training session or in a small group of two to three users. The sessions are intended to provide users with an overview of Raiser's Edge and enable users to search for, and view information. A user manual is provided at training.

Training is usually scheduled within two weeks of the RE Service Desk receiving a Request via an RE New User Access form.

All queries regarding Raiser's Edge Training should be referred to the RE Service Desk.

After the initial training session, users can request further help and training.
