1. Legal Compliance Officers responsible for ensuring the University complies with designated legislation complete Part A of the annual certification form.
2. Managers with supervisory responsibilities for Legal Compliance Officers counter-sign Part B of the annual certification form.
3. Managers return the completed form to the Audit and Risk Management Office.
