If you wish to distribute the questionnaire to your students online then you need to:

  • Indicate this preference on the Request Form
  • CHEQ requires two weeks notice to set up the online questionnaire
  • Once your order has been processed CHEQ will supply you with a URL to access the survey. you need to supply this to your students - this could be by email, given to your students in class, posted on MUSO etc.
  • Surveys are usually open for a two week period. If you want longer, or want to extend the end-date once the survey has started, please contact CHEQ
  • Contact CHEQ if students have a problem accessing the online questionnaire.
