Faculty Paper-based Questionnaires 2008

When printing the required number of questionnaires please print duplex (each side of an A4 sheet) and set 'Page Scaling' to 'None'.  Avoid photocopying forms wherever possible. Whether printing or photocopying the final forms must be clear and even with no fading.

Following these guidelines ensures that the completed forms are most likely to scan correctly. Where these guidelines are not followed the cost of transcribing and re-processing will be passed back to the relevant faculty.
