International QualityMonash is an international university and applies its quality principles across all activities, wherever they occur.
Transnational Quality Assurance and Improvement CommitteeMonash has a history of at least ten years of oversight of transnational activity. In the mid 1990’s the University formed the Offshore Quality Assurance Committee (OQAC) to approve and review all courses offered by Monash outside Australia. From 1996 to 1999, OQAC undertook reviews and site visits of all of the University’s partner-supported teaching agreements. In 1996 and 1999, the Global Alliance for Transnational Education (GATE) undertook external reviews. The Transnational Quality Assurance and Improvement Committee (TQAIC) was formed in 2003. Details of TQAIC reviews are available from the reviews database.
International self-reviewMonash undertook an international self-review in 2005.
