Often people with difficult problems will seek out a close friend to talk to rather than a doctor or other health professionals such as a counsellor. If you know someone who has problems and you are not sure how to help them or you have concerns about their personal safety, come and speak with one of the counselling staff at the University Counselling Service. We can provide advice about community referral resources as well as being able to help you feel more able to cope with their needs. |
