Getting Up From Down

A group program for students experiencing depressed mood.

This 6 week program offers support, education and skill building to help with recovery from depression. You will learn practical strategies based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness approaches.

When:        Wednesdays  (5 August - 9 September 2009)

Time:         12.30 – 2 pm

Where:       HWD Seminar Room, 1st Floor, Campus Centre (Building 10), Clayton

Entry to this program is by interview.
