Meditation Sessions Clayton CampusWEEKLY MINDFULNESS SESSIONSOur regular weekly mindfulness session are held on Wednesday and run for 30 minutes. The techniques we practise are used to develop mindfulness. Many of our participants have found that 30 minutes of meditation at lunchtime significantly enhance their relaxation and concentration in the workplace. PresenterCraig Hassed is a General Practitioner and Senior Lecturer at the Monash University Department of General Practice. He has strong teaching and clinical interests in stress management, mind-body medicine, meditation, health promotion and cancer support programmes.
