Exam Stress Busters

This session will give you practical techniques for dealing with pre-exam jitters and being in the examination room.

Sessions include:

  • Relaxation and breathing techniques
  • Mental quietening techniques
  • Controlling panic and staying calm
  • Using positive self-talk

These sessions are free and led by Psychologists from the University Counselling Service, Clayton.
