Enrolment for Off-Campus StudentsTo Accept An OfferReturn acceptance documents as specified in the offer letter. Domestic PhD or Masters by Research Applicants: Have up to one month from the date of offer to complete enrolment. International PhD or Masters by Research Applicants: Have up to six months from the date of offer to complete enrolment. To Refuse An OfferAdvise your faculty office in writing that you are choosing to reject the offer that has been made. Failure To EnrolIf you fail to return your acceptance documents as specified in the offer letter it will be assumed that you decline the offer of a place. Obtain Student ID CardSend in, with your acceptance documents, a passport size photograph with your ID Number and signature on the back and a student ID card will be produced and posted to you. Payment of FeesWithin two weeks of enrolling an email will be sent to your Monash student email account informing you that your fees have been assessed and your ‘Enrolment Details and Fee Statement’ is now available to view and print online. The invoice will outline your course and unit enrolment details and the applicable fees and payment date. Payment options are available at http://www.monash.edu.au/fees/payment/methods.html. Monash Email AccountYou will need to use your authcate account to access your Monash email account. Your Monash email account will be activated once your faculty has enrolled you into units. The University will use your Monash email account to communicate and provide documentation to you. You must access your Monash email account on at least a weekly basis. The University will only send emails to your Monash email account and not to personal ISP email accounts. When you communicate with the University via email it should be from your Monash email account. |
