30. Terms for Victoria College of Pharmacy and Gippsland

30.1 The existing conditions and practices concerning patents, car parking and flexible working arrangements will continue to apply to eligible staff at the Victoria College of Pharmacy and Gippsland Campuses, and are to prevail where inconsistent with any provisions in this Agreement .

30.2 Details of the existing conditions and practices applying under this clause will be as stated in the relevant University Policy as at the date of this Agreement.
