This part applies to the following categories of trades and services staff: Carpenters, Electricians, Fitters, Oiler/Greasers, Painters, Plant Attendants, Plumbers, Store Attendants (as defined under clause 3); and Trade Assistants

79. Morning Tea Break

Staff are to take a paid 10-minute morning tea break to commence at 10.00am where practicable. Such break may be taken at the location of the staff member's current job where:

• there are appropriate tea-making facilities available and the staff member has the necessary permission to use those facilities; and
• the nature of the work and any practical issues involved do not render it inappropriate.
