Conditions applying to grounds and gardening staffThis Part shall apply to all trades and services staff engaged as grounds and/or gardening staff.
Section 1 - University and Staff Members' Duties, Employment Relationship and Related Arrangements
90. Minimum Core Level of Grounds and Gardening Staff
The parties agree that there will be a minimum core level of grounds and gardening staff at each of the campuses as set out below (subject to any temporary fluctuatio ns associated with the usual incidents of staff turnover and replacement), and that there shall be no reduction in staffing levels as a result of changes implemented during the nominal period of operation of this Agreement.
