Australian Workplace Agreements

Please note that legislative changes were introduced on 27 March 2008, which prevent employers from offering Australian Workplace Agreements (AWAs) to their employees. Accordingly, Monash University is no longer offering AWAs to any staff members. Monash University is also reviewing its policy in relation to those staff members who are currently employed under AWAs.
