Administrative Heads Group Meeting 5-2004

Meeting 5/2004 of the Administrative Heads Group will be held at 8.30am on Thursday, 25 November, 2004 in the Council Room, 1^st Floor, University Offices Building 3a, Clayton campus.

The Minutes of Meeting 4/2004, held on 12 August 2004, are attached for confirmation (Attachment 1). Attached also is a copy of Mr McMeekin’s presentation on the VERN Project (Attachment 2).

Attached is a consultation draft of the Monash Directions 2025 statement (Attachment 3).

Professor Stephen Parker will speak to the draft.

Attached for noting are a memorandum from Professor Parker (Attachment 4) and the following:

• 2004 University-wide Performance Indicators Report (Attachment 5).
• A paper setting targets in relation to the University-wide Key Performance Indicators (Attachment 6).

Attached is a report on Preparations for the AUQA Audit (Attachment 9).

Attached is a summary of the 2004 Report on Brand Benchmarking (Attachment 10). Mr Jeffrey Smart, Director, Marketing will present the Report to the meeting.
