Professor John Freebairn will be attending as Acting Dean of the Faculty
of Economics Commerce and Management.
Professor Barry Dunstan will be attending as Acting Pro-Vice-Chancellor,
Gippsland Campus.

The minutes of Meeting No. 18/92, held on 18 December 1992, have been
circulated.
3. Matters Arising from the Minutes
4. Vice-Chancellor's Report
Professor Logan's report will, from henceforth, include mention of
matters discussed at recent meetings of the Executive.

Professor Porter has given notice of his intention to raise the issue of
quality with the Committee.
7. AINSE-ANSTO Interactions
Professor Porter has asked that the appended memorandum from Professor
Rae be considered by the Committee.

Professor Pargetter has submitted the appended report of the Working
Group on Special Consideration/Special Admissions Schemes, which met on 17
December 1992.

The Clayfield Room is located on the ground floor of the K.H.
Boykett Building (otherwise known as A Block) with its main entrance facing
Queens Avenue.
Those driving from Clayton should identify themselves at the main
entrance off Queens Avenue, between A and B Blocks, where they will be
directed to reserved parking.
