131. Enterprise Bargaining

At its last meeting, the Committee received a tabled paper entitled `Answers to some common questions about enterprise bargaining', by Professor J Niland, Vice-Chancellor, UNSW.

The issues raised in Professor Niland's paper were identified for further consideration, and Deans were asked to bring to this meeting suggestions regarding issues to be included on the enterprise bargaining agenda.

At the last meeting, the Acting Vice-Chancellor advised that the matter of a funding model and mechanisms for control of intakes was to be considered at this meeting.
