AGENDA
Objective:
The objective is to discuss matters in relations to the academic progress and exclusion process. Feedback will be given in relation to issues raised at the Forum held earlier in the year.

Summer semester results:
At the last forum, a question was raised whether the progression calendars correctly included summer semester calendars. Please invite Cathryn Bunney to provide an update.

The Solicitor’s Office are still considering a number of issues relating to getting rid of the 5 minute hearings. It does not seem likely that the required amendments will be in place for the coming round of APC, but the Solicitor’s are still working on it.

4. Changes to the Exclusion Appeals Committee Guidelines
Refer to briefing paper.
5. Changes to Statute and Regulations – “inability to progress”
For mentioning.
6. Other changes to APC & Exclusion due to the new ESOS National Code
Please ask Rob Barrett / Cathryn Bunney if they would like to add anything to what has already been mentioned.
7. Training 12 December
Please mention that EPAC will attempt to formalize the training material (gradually) to cater for Gippsland and OS campuses.
