Terms of Reference

The functions of the Committee shall be:

1. To select and invite a person to give the lecture from time to time in accordance with the regulations;
   
2. To determine the nature and amount of the honorarium, if any, to be given to the lecturer and the expenses, whether for travel or accommodation or both, to be paid to or on behalf of the lecturer;
   
3. To incur such further or other expenditure and to make such arrangements as may be necessary to publicise and conduct the lecture and, if the Committee thinks fit, to publish the text of the lecture.
