Student Loans

The University Loans Funds are not to be resorted to lightly, and it is encouraged that students discuss their situation with a Student Financial adviser before applying for a student loan.

The fund used for loans is a recycling fund and is designed to help as many students with financial problems as possible. First year, first semester students are not eligible. Any legitimate study related expense may be considered. However, the University Loans Funds do not have sufficient resources to lend for the following: course or amenities fees, HECS liability or any type of visa charges for International students.
