Staff International Travel Procedures for Australian Campuses

The International Staffing and Mobility policy documents the rationale for all procedures contained in the Staff International Travel Procedures for Australian Campuses.

This Staff International Travel Procedure document (hereinafter named “Travel Procedures”) is designed to implement the policy for all staff employed by Australian-based campuses, faculties and divisions. The travel procedures also apply to Postgraduate Research Students while undertaking international travel for their research or university work.

All staff should ensure that they are familiar with the International Staffing and Mobility Policy and comply with the associated Travel Procedures. In complying with the Travel Procedures, staff must read and address the associated guidelines for each procedural step.

This Travel Procedure document is divided into two parts. The first part (labelled Part A) provides a summary of the travel procedures. The second part (labelled Part B) provides more comprehensive information related to the travel procedures. Both parts form the Travel Procedures.
