Leadership and Management Development

Monash's Senior Leadership and Management Development Program supports the University's leaders and managers through the provision of targeted skills development, information and networking.

The initiatives of Leadership and Management Development Program are aimed at staff who are HEW 10 and above and Academic staff Level D or those staff who have who have responsibility for five or more
staff and significant financial responsibilities.
