Career Development Tool

Monash University have partnered with Hudson to provide access to a comprehensive on-line program that is designed to provide some practical tools and information to assist you in considering your next career steps.  It is designed to assist you to increase your self-awareness around your skills, abilities and preferences as well as provoking thoughts and plans around where to from here and how to manage that process.  It includes interactive on-line exercises that give instant feedback and covers areas including:

• Consideration of your life and career to date
• Self-assessment around skills, values, career drivers and learning style
• Actively managing your career – derailers; on-going planning; career discussions
• Defining your next career move
• Career options and planning
