HR Division Client Satisfaction Survey

The HR Division Client Satisfaction Survey was launched on Monday 16 March 2009 and was open for two weeks. An invitation to participate in the survey was made to all Monash University’s staff in Victoria via a global email. Special invitations were made to the HR community in the Faculties/Divisions/Units and all staff of the HR Division. A total of 787 staff responded to the survey and a detailed analysis of the demographics of the respondents is included in the survey report.

The objectives of the survey are:

  • To understand the needs and requirements of our clients
  • To identify HR Division’s strengths and weaknesses from a client’s perspective
  • To ensure continuous improvement of HR Division’s service level

Report on the key findings of the survey (pdf) or (word)

The survey has provided assurance of the high standard of service provided to the staff of the University across a broad range of services and provided valuable targeted information to focus improvements. The results will inform priorities for action and planning for the Division.

HR Division would like to record our appreciation to staff who took the time to participate in the survey and for your valuable comments, suggestions and feedback.

If you have any queries about the key findings of the survey, please email Andrea Heyward, Director, Planning & Performance, HR Division at: Andrea.Heyward@adm.monash.edu.au
