The Performance Development Online (PDO) system for professional staff is entering the roll out phase and will be implemented to faculties and divisions throughout 2011.
Roll Out Dates and Information Session Dates
Roll out: PDO will be available to access and use on and after your Faculty/Division's roll out date.
Information Sessions: Information Sessions will be held throughout the two weeks following your faculty/division roll out date.
Dates and times of these sessions will be communicated through your faulty/division and displayed below.

About the Information Sessions
The information sessions will cover:
- overview of PDO system;
- the performance development cycle;
- responsibilities of the staff member; and
- responsibilities of the supervisor.
All professional staff are requested to attend a session as close to their faculty/divisions roll out date. Registration for the sessions will be required.
