Support

There are a number of support services available to ESS users and they include:

• ESS Change Management Document (pdf 938kb) - Updated 1 September 2008
  
  
• Online help via the ‘Help on Service’ link available at the top right-hand corner of each ESS screen.

• Human Resources on x20400 if you have any concerns regarding data accuracy such as leave entitlement, banking or pay details.

• If you are missing a supervisor/approver please use the Organisational Unit and Position Management service located at http://sssd.adm.monash.edu.au/opm/menu.asp and select the ‘Change Staff Member’s Supervisor Details’ option.

• SAP/IAS Service Desk on x51777 (press 2 for SAP) if you are having problems accessing the ESS service or email sapservice@its.monash.edu.au
