for Tertiary Education Management (ATEM)
ATEM is the only professional association for administrators and managers working in tertiary education in
Australasia and is dedicated to advancing professional practice. The Association provides members with an edge
in their professional activities and gives members a voice in their areas of expertise in the wider industry
environment.
Members have access to a range of activities which support and enhance both their work and their individual
career development and progression. and to support them to achieve their best.

Administrative Support Staff Network (ASSN)
ASSN is a sister organisation, operating within Monash University,
that provides a forum for the interchange of ideas between a range of
administrative, secretarial and other support staff.
The ASSN hold regular meetings and lunches usually with a guest
speaker.

Technical Working Party (TWP)
The Technical Working Party (TWP), is a body of Monash University Staff made up predominately from Computing Support and
Information Technology staff from the faculties and major administrative groups and
centres. TWP works towards supporting the Desktop Information Technology Strategy, (DITS) at Monash University.
TWP is not a body or unit of ITS (Information Technology Services). Rather, both groups work in co-operation with each other.
The TWP hold regular meetings / forums to discuss IT related issues
and interchange ideas. They also organise seminars and conferences
on an annual basis.
