Radiation Safety Officer Training
This course is designed for Radiation Safety Officers and Deputy RSOs. It builds on the basic Radiation Safety CD-ROm training to cover some topics in greater depth, and add specific information to assist RSOs in fulfilling their role.
The course is split into 5 different modules which cover topics such as waste management, contamination control, radiation risk assessments and x-ray safety. To allow the greatest level of flexibility, the five modules are repeated throughout the year, and participants can attend individual modules in any order most suitable to them.
