RSO X-Ray Safety
Overview
This course is designed for Radiation Safety Officers and Deputy RSOs. It builds on the basic Radiation Safety CD-ROM training to cover some topics in greater depth, and add specific information to assist RSOs in fulfilling their role.
The course is split into 5 different modules which cover topics such as:-

Waste Management/Emergency & Incident Procedures

Contamination Control & Monitoring

Storage & Transport/Planned Irradiation of Animals & Humans

Radiation Roles & Responsibilities/Radiation Risk Assessments

X-Ray Safety
To allow the greatest level of flexibility, the five modules are repeated throughout the year, and participants can attend individual modules in any order most suitable to them.
