Payment and Collection of Participant Packs

Cost of registration per individual for the 10,000 steps challenge is $12.

There are 2 options for making payment:

Team captains can collect payment of $12 each from all team members and then make payment and collect the team pack at the one time; or

Departments wishing to pay for teams, can make payment via IDN (have your finance officer transfer $12 per participant to Account 734061, cost centre Z06806, fund 5385628 -you must specify the team name in the text field of the credit line). Upon payment being made the team captain can then collect the team pack.

Packs can be collected between Wednesday, 3rd September and Thursday, 11th September. Pick up locations are listed below.

Collection of Packs

It is now time to make payment and collect your team’s pack.

In each team pack you will receive 8 drink bottles, 8 green 'Wellbeing for your and your environment' tshirts (limited to the first 200 teams) and 8 great quality pedometers.

Your team captain can take one team payment (ie $12 x 8 participants = $96) in cash/cheque/credit card to one of the locations listed below.

Payment and pack collection can be made between Wednesday 3^rd September and Thursday 11^th September to:

Enquiries/pedometers

Enquiries about the challenge or pedometers must be sent through to monash.wellbeing@adm.monash.edu.au or phoned through to x54019 or x20856. If you lose your pedometer it can be replaced, but at a nominal fee of $2. Limited replacements are available.
