Weight Watchers at WorkWeight Watchers offer you the "@ work" program which means, rather than you find a community program and try to fit your life around it, Weight Watchers will send a consultant (not just any consultant, but their pick of the crop) to our workplace at a time that suits most to run the Weight Watchers Programs. This new model offers both convenience and cost savings. A session is conducted once a week on a Thursday, between 1-2pm in Room 101, Building 13B, Faculty of Medicine. The cost is $150 for 13 weeks and people just pay upon arrival through a swipe card system provided by weightwatchers on the day. There are two options on offer:-
In the points system every food is assigned a number of points and you are only allowed a certain number of points in a day. You can choose what foods to eat but must remain within the allocated points. The no count system requires you to eat your daily intake of foods at three sittings, breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is no snacking (with the exception of fruit) outside of these meal times. More details will be given on how the programs work at your first session. If you are keen to be involved and ready to make the 13 week commitment then go to the following link to register:- |
