Legend for SAP Statements
As an aid to selecting the OHS purchasing statement to be included in an SAP purchase order, the list of material codes have been annotated with a code to help select the most appropriate statement for a material. The coding is made up as follows -
Either G or S followed by a string of lower case letter(s) that give a reason for the selection. The coding is contained in the following tables.
eg. G-clm .... means the Goods statement because the material chosen could be affected by chemical, lead or manual handling / ergonomic legislations.
