School of Political & Social Inquiry exhibition ­ 'Piercing and tattooing: Adornment ...anti-social statement... mutilation... rite of passage'. Explores permanent body modification in different cultures and includes artefacts, photographs, web pages and academic text. Curator: Catherine Thorpe, extn 52978. 10th floor, building 11, Clayton. Art & Design Faculty Gallery exhibition in conjunction with the Melbourne Fashion Festival ­ 'Pure'. Exhibition includes fashion labels Princess Highway, S!X, Vixen, Chiodo, Roy, Ellin Ambe, Square, Perri Cutten, Christopher Graf, Victoria Loftes, Saba and T.L. Wood. Art & Design Building, Caulfield. Mondays to Fridays, 11 am to 5 pm, Saturdays, 2 pm to 5 pm, closed Sundays and public holidays. Until 11 March.
