Silver Jubilee Scholarship awarded

Monash Silver Jubilee Postgraduate Scholarship award winner, Ms Deb Archer, centre, discussing her research with Biological Sciences department head Professor Margaret Clayton, and her honours and PhD supervisor Associate Professor Gordon Sanson.

Ms Archer's research has investigated the relationship between Southern African herbivores and their diet, and she plans to continue this work in her PhD using newly developed techniques. She also intends to travel to Zimbabwe later in the year to continue her research.

The Monash Silver Jubilee Postgraduate Scholarship is a special scholarship offered each year to faculties in turn. In 2000, the award was offered to a student from the Faculty of Science.
