Project Manager - HEW level 10
Services Taskforce

Student and Staff Services Division

The recently established Student and Staff Services Division has responsibility for ensuring the effective delivery of outstanding services to students and staff of Monash University. The newly created project manager role will have significant input into the strategic direction of the division.

Responsibilities include coordinating and managing a taskforce; surveying all client needs; defining core principles of Monash's approach to customer services; recommending appropriate infrastructure and facilities; and redesigning processes to ensure that all support services to students and staff have a strong customer focus.

The position requires proven experience in project management and business planning, strong leadership capabilities and a demonstrated ability to think, advise and act strategically.

Ideally you will have experience in change management, high-level communication and interpersonal skills and the capacity to deal with a diverse range of individuals both within and external to the university. A relevant tertiary qualification is essential.

Duration: Two years

Location: Science and Technology Park, Clayton
