College head positionsApplications are now being sought to fill two separate college head positions, one for Richardson Hall and one for Roberts Hall. The position of college head is normally filled by an existing employee of Monash University, who would continue in his or her present position. Almost all of the duties of a college head are performed outside normal university hours. Among the benefits a college head receives is an allowance of 30 per cent of the top level of HEW level 8, plus a fully maintained three-bedroom house located within the Halls of Residence complex. An information pack, including a position description, selection criteria and other relevant information, is available to prospective applicants.
