A two-day exhibition of computer and office supplies will be held early next week.

The exhibition, which includes IT equipment, photocopiers, data projectors, office equipment and stationery items, will enable Monash's endorsed suppliers to display their latest products and services.

Organised by Procurement Services, the exhibition will be held in Engineering Halls 3 and 4, building 60, Clayton campus, from 11 am to 4 pm on 25 September and 9 am to 4 pm on 26 September.

A farewell dinner has been organised for former Department of Economics head Professor Richard Snape, who retired from Monash at the end of 1999, after joining the Economics department in 1962.

The dinner will be held on Monday 9 October at 6.30 pm in the Banquet Room, Campus Centre.

Cost will be $50 (cheques payable to Department of Economics, Monash University), which will include a small contribution towards a gift for Professor Snape. All welcome.
