Monash Memo - 30 May 2001Back to this edition's story list Improving staff servicesThe Seamless Staff Services Taskforce is conducting a survey to find out how to improve services for all Monash staff. An initiative of the Support Services Strategy, the survey reflects the university's renewed emphasis on providing high-quality customer service across all campuses. Project manager Ms Lisa Pawlicka said the survey was developed in partnership with faculties after extensive consultation with users and providers of the various services. Research firm Market Equity is conducting the questionnaire to ensure that staff feedback is handled professionally and confidentially. Project director Ms Jane Symington said staff needed to complete the online survey by 8 June. It can be found at www.adm.monash.edu.au /sss/taskforce Printed questionnaires are being mailed to staff with limited web access. "We encourage all staff to participate in the survey, which will put them in the draw for a $500 gift voucher redeemable at any Monash University bookshop," Ms Symington said. Any queries about the survey can be directed to the project team on extn 59163 or by emailing sss.taskforce@adm.monash.edu.au |
