Holiday care for kids

Vacation childcare will once again be available at Clayton campus during the upcoming school holidays. for children aged between five and 14.

The program, which will run from 24 September to 5 October, will offer on-campus activities including rollerblading, cooking, art and craft, pottery, swimming, olympic games and science.

The cost is $28 per day, or less for parents claiming Child Care Benefit.

To enrol, either full time or for single days, contact the Family and Childcare Service on extn 53156.

Research linkage and awareness program seminars

In an effort to increase local awareness of biotechnology research progress, the School of Biomedical Sciences, is hosting a series of research linkage seminars.

The first Forum will be held on Friday September 7th, starting at 3 pm in Lecture Theatre South One on the Clayton Campus and will cover the general area of bioinformatics and genomics.
