It's a four day conference on flexible learning and technology for Monash's academic, general and technical staff will he held at the Clayton campus next month.
The Technical Working Party, the Centre for Higher Education Development and HEPCIT are joint convenors of the conference, which will run from 29 September to 2 October.
The conference aims to promote student-centred flexible learning within the university, in line with the objectives of the Monash Plan and the Learning and Teaching Operational Plan.
Conference chair Ms Sharon Fitzgerald said the event was an opportunity for all Monash staff to explore current issues and future developments in the field of flexible learning and to increase collaboration between academic, technical and administrative staff to enhance Monash's learning environment.
The conference will feature a range of guest speakers, including Monash experts and others internationally recognised in the field, as well as special presentations, papers, discussion panels and a trade show.
Papers will be published on the web as a reference resource for staff. Refereed papers will also be published as a volume.
