Assistant treasurer in the Federal Ministry Senator Rod Kemp last week presented postgraduate student Mr Peter Earl (left) with the seventh Peter Kerr Scholarship at a ceremony held in the Switchback Gallery. The scholarship is awarded in memory of the late Mr Peter Kerr, who was a lecturer at the Gippsland campus before becoming chief of staff to Victorian Premier Mr Jeff Kennett. At the ceremony, Mr Earl spoke about his research on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
