TRIM Forms

TRIM User Access form (pdf 95kb) Use this form if you wish to access TRIM for any purpose.

TRIM Student File user form (non-Callista users only) (pdf 91kb)
Use this form if you wish to access TRIM for STUDENT FILES, and do not (and will not) get access to Callista.
This form must be accompanied with the completed TRIM User Access form.
This form is particularly relevant for Faculties to complete, when they plan to employ students to access TRIM.
