Staff Development  (Activity Descriptor)
The activity of encouraging staff to develop their skills and abilities (through activities, programs and events), to maximise their potential and increase their productivity. Includes identifying needs, developing and providing appropriate training and programs (internal and external).

For staff development programs, further specify by the name of the program, eg. HUMAN RESOURCES - Staff Development - Leadership Program.
